Responsibilities
Under the leadership of the Group Product Manager, the product manager will organize and drive the quarterly roadmap for financial planning and accounting tools
Translate business goals into detailed product requirements,user stories, and acceptance criteria
Own and prioritize the product backlog and deliver user stories
Partner closely with Engineering, Accounting, Finance, and Customer Relations to build, launch, and iterate on internal products
Monitor performance against quarterly OKRs and product launch plans
Qualification
Required
1+ years of product management experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent practical experience
Experience with Agile methodologies, tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence), and ceremonies
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive product decisions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Self-driven and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities
Preferred
Hands-on experience with e-commerce accounting & billing systems such as NetSuite
Knowledge of accounting best practices and tools
