Creates technical drawings with heavy MEP concentration (BIM/VDC Meetings)
Follows set drafting standards and procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency
Collaborates with team members to review and revise drawing based on feedback
Displays high level of effective communication skills both internally and externally
Participates in training programs and professional development opportunities
Qualification
Required
1-5 years of Professional Autodesk Revit experience is required for this position
1-5 years of Professional Autodesk CAD experience is required for this position
Ability to identify and solve simple problems and challenges
Effective verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas, discuss projects, and collaborate
Proven time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage workload and meet deadlines
Ability to focus on the details while understanding the broader context of projects and tasks
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred
Associate degree in Architectural Drafting preferred but not required
Professional experience in Architectural related work strongly preferred
Professional experience in an MEP related work preferred but not required
Previous knowledge of Food Service Equipment is preferred but not required
