Manage the full lifecycle of recruiting, focusing on identifying, attracting, and hiring top sales talent
Source candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes
Build relationships with both hiring managers and job applicants to meet recruitment goals
Maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates
Contribute to the development of effective recruitment strategies to support company growth
Qualification
Required
Expertise in Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting
Proficiency in Hiring and Account Management processes
Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a remote team
Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience in recruitment within the solar or renewable energy industry is a plus
