Responsibilities
Act as the founder’s right hand, playing an integral role in driving cross-functional initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, and growth across the organization
Ensure alignment between strategic objectives and day-to-day operations
Work closely with the leadership team to identify inefficiencies, improve processes, and implement solutions that optimize performance across departments
Coordinate strategic planning sessions, refine internal workflows, and manage key strategic projects
Identify opportunities for improvement and deliver practical, data-driven solutions
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or within high-growth startups, with direct exposure to C-Level Executives and leadership teams
Advanced proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling, utilizing tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and other analytics platforms
Expert in creating strategic presentations and visualizations using tools like PowerPoint, InDesign, and other design software to effectively communicate insights and recommendations
Strong problem-solving abilities with a track record of driving solutions swiftly and efficiently, while strategically prioritizing tasks to achieve optimal outcomes
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with proven experience working effectively across diverse, cross-functional teams
Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, managing shifting priorities with adaptability and composure
