Mid, Senior LevelADN Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a forecasting-focused initiative for a client in Quincy, MA. The role involves strong project governance, vendor coordination, and collaboration across business and technical teams, particularly in retail environments.

Responsibilities
Manage a forecasting project involving Anaplan or similar planning platforms
Oversee project budgeting, cost control, and financial tracking
Coordinate with vendors and manage relationships to ensure timely and quality deliverables
Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and cross-functional stakeholders
Support integration efforts between Anaplan and other enterprise systems
Work closely with the BI team, including alignment with Snowflake data strategy
Prepare and present status updates and reports for steering committee meetings and executive leadership
Ensure project milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met
Maintain clear project documentation and status reporting throughout the project lifecycle
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Project Manager in retail or similar environments (retail experience is mandatory)
Strong understanding of planning, allocation, and forecasting processes
Expertise in vendor management and project budgeting
Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Strong executive presence, with the ability to engage VPs and senior leadership
Ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and system integrations
Capability to work independently while collaborating effectively across technical and business teams
Preferred
PMP or equivalent Project Management certification
Familiarity with Anaplan or comparable forecasting and planning tools
