Responsibilities
Read and understand the Crescent Safety Playbook or Video – Doing It Safe
Actively participate in Safety Committee activities and initiatives
Ensure a work environment that is safe and maintained where our people could safely grow and develop
Continually seek out and remove all forms of risk
Report all safety, quality, near misses, accidents, mistakes, and product damages accurately and according to processes
Comply with all OSHA, ISO, and company standards
Demonstrate a willing attitude work with others to meet the needs of all Crescents customers
Champion the Crescent Culture of Doing it Right, Doing it Safe, and Doing it Well
Abide by all written and understood procedures and policies
Perform inventories and cycle counts per customer/management request to ensure accuracy of product and/or location codes
Perform audits as required to assure accuracy and determine root causes for inaccuracies, providing feedback to management regarding errors
Scrap parts list; adjust inventory per customer request
Set up new parts
Process returns
Process MTO (Material Transfer Orders) orders
Responsible for production accuracy and for providing feedback to management regarding errors
Reliable in attendance and punctuality; completes assigned responsibilities to satisfaction; follows through with commitments
Follows rules and code of conduct at work; demonstrates ethical behavior at work
Validate shelf-life parts
Clear communication, ability to balance talking with listening
Foster Crescent excellence by cultivating teamwork
Effectively communicate directly to all aspects of production
Maintain a good working relationship with internal customers
Improve organizational efficiency and waste reduction
Align and optimize the allocation of People to meet established production targets

Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED
Warehouse and Inventory Experience
Preferred
Regulatory cGMP manufacturing experience
FLO certified
Word processing, database and spreadsheet knowledge
Strong math skills
Detail oriented
Flexibility with potential over time
