Responsibilities

Developing and validating statistical programs to support the analysis and reporting of clinical trial data, using R, R Shiny and SAS

Collaborating closely with biostatisticians to interpret study requirements and ensure accurate implementation of statistical analysis plans

Preparing and reviewing programming specifications, derived datasets and outputs in line with regulatory standards and submission requirements

Performing quality control checks to ensure accuracy, consistency and data integrity across deliverables

Supporting the preparation of statistical reports, tables, listings and figures for regulatory submissions and internal stakeholders

Contributing to process improvements and best practices within statistical programming

For senior level candidates, mentoring junior programmers and supporting knowledge sharing across the team

Required

Experience in statistical programming within a clinical research or pharmaceutical environment, across either mid level or senior scope

Strong hands on programming experience in R and SAS, with R Shiny experience highly valued

Solid understanding of statistical methodologies, clinical trial data and regulatory requirements including ICH and GCP

Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related discipline, with an advanced degree considered an advantage

Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with high attention to detail

Confident communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non technical stakeholders
