Responsibilities

Lead multiple business process change projects and initiatives

Define business processes and process requirements for technology systems

Perform process mapping and documentation, identifying key metrics and risk controls

Collaborate with subject matter experts to define best practices and drive standardization

Ensure deadlines are met by tracking progress and coordinating with various departments

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to leases, properties, construction, and building maintenance

Communicate effectively with executives, associates, and vendors to resolve issues and align on objectives

Required

Strong data analysis skills

Prior experience with business process design and implementation

Prior experience with business process and change management

Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and process owners to capture business requirements

Real estate experience

Preferred

Experience in corporate real estate or similar industries
