Associate Business Support Materials Advisor I

Responsibilities
Ensure that the content of training, education, and motivational materials developed by IBOs and APs complies with Amway’s Rules of Conduct and Content Standards
Handle reviews and case management
Help develop and deliver training
Manage objections and effectively create acceptable solutions or compromises
Interact regularly with high-level IBO leadership, representatives, vendors, and internal and affiliate staff concerning Business related materials content issues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, Marketing, or related
Experience working within a customer support/sales environment
Fluently write and speak Spanish
Strong presentation skills, both verbally and written
Travel– up to 30% domestically
The ability to communicate with diplomacy, professionalism, and tact. Particularly in conflict resolution
Strong verbal and written communication skills to accurately convey a message
Can make well-thought-out decisions independently
Able to effectively understand needs through active listening
Strong organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple requests and projects simultaneously
Strong interpersonal skills to function within a team-structured environment
Have a passion for helping and working with others
