IC Account Manager
Norseman Defense Technologies is a small business with over 30 years of experience in providing IT solutions for federal customers. They are seeking an Account Manager for the Virginia Intelligence Community to grow relationships, align partners, and deliver value to missions while driving revenue and profitability growth.
Responsibilities
Growing relationships within the Virginia IC
Actively engaged in pipeline development, opportunity management, sales forecasting, and demand generation
Develop a go-to-market plan for customer targets
Demonstrates a consultative sales approach by possessing a detailed understanding of the federal marketplace along with the business acumen to solve customer problems
Ability to cultivate C-level relationships and understand underlying business drivers
Understanding of federal budget cycles and buying patterns
Ability to demonstrate strong presentation skills and lead customer facing meetings
Leverages OEM, partner and other business relationships to increase business revenue and margin through information technology solutions sales
Excellent communication skills. Must have the ability to communicate with vendors and customers in a professional and timely manner
Maintain various partner sales certifications as required
Seeking someone from either the OEM or VAR community
