Own hiring strategy for frontline healthcare professionals and operational leaders
Develop partnerships with educational institutions to secure talent pipelines
Oversee recruiting metrics, ATS improvements, and process modernization
Intervene when needed to remove hiring roadblocks and drive results
Partner with HR and field operations to align recruiting with business needs
Qualification
Required
7+ years of recruiting leadership experience, ideally in healthcare or operational environments
Proven success hiring for high-volume, high-turnover roles
Strong relationship builder with a sales mindset and thick skin
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and high-growth dynamics
