The role involves managing orders, interacting with clients, updating pricing, and providing administrative support to the sales team.

Responsibilities
Place material orders with suppliers and distributors, and track them to ensure timely delivery
Coordinate receiving of inventory and scheduling of deliveries
Answer and screen phone calls, greet clients, and provide an exceptional customer experience
Update showroom pricing, including costs from suppliers, and generate new price tags using our proprietary software
Support our sales team of Account Managers by handling daily operations so they can focus on building client relationships and driving business growth
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Experience with Microsoft Office
A knack for technology and the internet
