Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain telecom and contact center solutions using NICE CXone (CX1)

Configure and support IVR, ACD, call routing, call recording, and workforce optimization features

Implement and manage interactive analytics solutions

Integrate and support speech-to-text and voice analytics tools

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues

Collaborate with IT, network, security, and business teams

Support integrations with CRM and reporting platforms

Maintain technical documentation and diagrams

Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

Experience with interactive analytics and speech-to-text tools

Strong VoIP, SIP, and contact center architecture knowledge

Preferred

AI-driven analytics or sentiment analysis exposure

Scripting or automation skills
