Responsibilities
Expertise in Go: 4+ years of professional experience building microservices and backend systems specifically with Golang
Distributed Systems: Strong understanding of concurrency patterns (goroutines, channels) and building scalable, fault-tolerant architectures
API Design: Deep experience with gRPC, Protocol Buffers, and RESTful API design
Data Layer: Proficiency with PostgreSQL or MySQL, and caching layers like Redis
Cloud & Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with AWS (Lambda, EC2, RDS) and Docker/Kubernetes
Testing: Commitment to writing robust unit and integration tests
Immediate Delivery: Tackle a backlog of high-priority features and system optimizations from Day 1
Microservices Development: Architect and implement performant backend services that can handle high-throughput traffic
System Monitoring: Integrate logging and monitoring (Prometheus/Grafana) to ensure 99.9% uptime
Collaboration: Participate in rapid-fire standups and provide technical clarity on backend architecture

Required
