Responsibilities
Lead test strategy definition by partnering with design teams to ensure strong test coverage, reliability, and manufacturability
Design and develop ATE hardware such as load boards, probe cards, and interfaces to support new product introduction
Own test development across the full product lifecycle, from early silicon through high volume manufacturing and sustaining support
Drive yield improvement, test time reduction, and multi-site scalability to optimize cost and throughput
Interface with cross-functional teams, customers, and external manufacturing partners to align on quality and performance objectives
Qualification
Required
BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience
7+ years of hands-on semiconductor test engineering experience
Strong expertise with Advantest V93k
Solid understanding of DFT including scan, ATPG, JTAG, and BIST
Experience working with both local and offshore OSAT partners
Proficiency with Smartest, Red Hat Linux, and version control tools such as Git or SVN
Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and solve complex problems
Preferred
Experience with DDR or other high-speed digital interfaces
