Responsibilities
Provides expertise and support to the HR team in HR data reporting, validation, and visualization through the development and enhancement of an interactive Power BI dashboard and the establishment of a centralized data warehouse
Expand and optimize an existing Power BI dashboard to improve dynamic reporting and ensure HR data accuracy, consistency, and usability
Designing automated data pipelines for frequent data refreshes and enabling ad hoc reporting
Deliver key workforce metrics such as position count, headcount, demographics, turnover and retention trends, leave usage, absenteeism, time-to-fill, and vacancy analysis
Maintain strict data confidentiality and demonstrate attention to detail in visualization and analytics
Provide training and documentation to support ongoing dashboard use and sustainability
Qualification
Required
Expertise and support in HR data reporting, validation, and visualization
Development and enhancement of an interactive Power BI dashboard
Establishment of a centralized data warehouse
Expansion and optimization of an existing Power BI dashboard
Improvement of dynamic reporting
Ensuring HR data accuracy, consistency, and usability
Designing automated data pipelines for frequent data refreshes
Enabling ad hoc reporting
Delivering key workforce metrics such as position count, headcount, demographics, turnover and retention trends, leave usage, absenteeism, time-to-fill, and vacancy analysis
Strong knowledge of raw HR data and modern reporting techniques
Maintaining strict data confidentiality
Demonstrating attention to detail in visualization and analytics
Strong cross-functional communication skills to align reporting objectives and data requirements
Providing training and documentation to support ongoing dashboard use and sustainability
