Required

Substantial experience with complex real estate financings (lender and/or borrower representation)

Experience with joint ventures, acquisitions, and dispositions across various real estate asset classes (e.g., office, multi-family, industrial, retail, hospitality)

Outstanding academic credentials

Comparable law firm experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly)

1,900 minimum billable hours requirement
