Responsibilities

Perform final visual and dimensional inspections of plastic injection molded parts prior to shipment

Verify parts meet customer specifications, drawings, control plans, and quality standards

Identify, document, and segregate nonconforming products

Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and visual aids as required

Complete inspection records, checklists, and quality documentation accurately

Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and part identification before shipment

Communicate quality issues to Quality, Production, and Shipping personnel

Follow quality procedures, work instructions, and inspection standards

Maintain a clean and organized inspection area

Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives

Comply with all safety policies and procedures

Performs other related duties as required or assigned

Qualification

Required

Ability to read and understand work instructions, part prints, and specifications

Basic understanding of quality concepts and defect identification

Attention to detail with strong visual inspection skills

Ability to use basic measuring and inspection tools

Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation

Ability to work independently and follow established procedures

Equivalent of four years of high school (required)
