Responsibilities
Create monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages for fund level investors and internal stakeholders
Monitor and forecast investor distributions, waterfall allocations, and fund-level performance
Evaluate financial trends to anticipate opportunities for refinancing, restructuring, or portfolio optimization
Collaborate with property managers to ensure financial and operational performance targets are exceeded
Build, improve, and maintain financial models for acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio projections
Create and implement business plans for each asset, driving long-term value creation
Communicate with investors on performance, strategy, and market conditions
Perform variance analysis and forecasting as needed
Serve on the leadership team and work closely with the owners and other executives
Ad-hoc projects as needed
Qualification
Required
5+ years of real estate finance, accounting, and/or asset management experience
Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, or Business
Advanced Excel skills are a must
Must understand how debt structures and cash flow impact real estate investment value
Strong experience with modeling and investment analysis
Previous experience managing vendors or property managers
Desire to help a company grow and improve
Strong analytical skills and experience improving processes
Good communication skills
