Responsibilities
Traffic & Awareness Growth
Design and execute low-cost or no-cost strategies to drive qualified traffic to the website
Rapidly test acquisition channels with a focus on Instagram, social platforms, community-driven growth, partnerships, and organic distribution
Identify unexpected or underutilized channels that can generate early momentum
Experimentation & Learning
Operate in a highly experimental environment—form hypotheses, test quickly, measure results, and iterate
Run small-scale campaigns to understand what messaging, formats, and channels drive engagement and conversion
Create an efficient reporting system that highlights results and provides the foundation for future campaigns
Prioritize learning what works over building perfect systems early on
Conversion-Focused Marketing
Optimize landing pages, messaging, funnels, and calls-to-action to improve conversion from visitor to user
Collaborate closely with product and leadership to align marketing insights with platform evolution
Use qualitative and quantitative feedback to refine positioning
Social & Content Strategy
Develop a pragmatic content and engagement strategy, with Instagram as a likely core channel but not a fixed assumption
Leverage storytelling, short-form content, and native platform mechanics to drive reach without paid spend
Identify and test creator, community, or ambassador-led approaches where relevant
Scalable Foundation Building
Document learnings and playbooks so successful experiments can later be scaled with budget
Help define what future paid acquisition should look like once ROI-positive channels are identified
Contribute to the long-term marketing roadmap while remaining focused on near-term traction
Qualification
Required
Proven experience driving awareness and traffic with limited or no marketing budget
Comfortable working in early-stage environments with evolving direction
Strong instincts around digital behavior, social platforms, and conversion dynamics
Creative, inventive, and unafraid to test ideas that may not work
Highly analytical in evaluating results, but not constrained by rigid playbooks
Self-directed, accountable, and motivated by discovering leverage points
Preferred
Experience with Instagram growth is a plus, but openness to alternative channels is essential
