Responsibilities
Facilitating problem solving with cross-functional teams for both customer, supplier and/or internal issues
Implementing preventive and corrective actions in the manufacturing processes
Determining continuous improvement opportunities by analyzing process data and performance metrics
Supporting all internal and external customers in the manufacturing of quality products
Perform statistical analysis, capability studies and control charts as well as be able to interpret the results
Review and prepare reports and quality documentation
Coordinate with external quality assurance auditors to ensure legal compliance
Other duties as requested
Qualification
Required
Previous work experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role
Understanding of technical documentation
Familiarity with statistical analysis
Good analytical skills
Preferred
Experience facilitating root cause and corrective action investigations utilizing problem solving tools
Experience in internal auditing
Microsoft Office proficient
Good interpersonal and motivational skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to adapt to changing issues and projects
