5+ years of full-stack engineering experience, including commercial production delivery
Needs to be hands on not a lead and just overseeing the process
Backend development experience with Python and scripting
Experience building applications end-to-end, including deployment workflows
Self-starter mentality with the ability to quickly adapt, learn, and deliver in a fast-paced environment
Exposure to GenAI application development or AI/ML concepts
Java backend development knowledge since client are moving from Python to Java soon
