Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
Work with stakeholders to understand goals, workflows, and challenges
Translate business needs into clear user stories, process flows, and documentation
Support project planning, scope discussions, and requirement reviews
Collaborate with development and QA teams during implementation and testing
Assist with UAT coordination, defect tracking, and change requests
Create reports and insights to support business decisions
Help improve existing processes and recommend solutions
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
0–5 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
Experience with requirements gathering and stakeholder communication
Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel, or reporting tools
Experience supporting UAT and working with QA teams
Exposure to process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart, etc.)
Industry experience in IT, healthcare, finance, retail, or eCommerce
