Responsibilities
Full-lifecycle software development: research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs using Salesforce platform
Program “well-designed, testable, efficient code” using Salesforce and its features
Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility for proposed solutions
Design and optimize data models, schemas, and storage solutions within Salesforce
Write unit tests, conduct code reviews, ensure robustness, usability, and scalability of Salesforce applications
Keep up-to-date with Salesforce platform releases and best practices; implement improvements as needed
Identify and address performance bottlenecks; recommend enhancements to optimize user experience and efficiency
Conduct technical assessments of existing Salesforce implementations; develop migration strategies, technical roadmaps, and architecture blueprints to support future business needs and scalability
Qualification
Required
Experience with Salesforce Clouds and features: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Omni-Channel
Proficiency with Salesforce development including Apex, Visualforce, Web components, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and object-oriented programming
Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP/BULK APIs, GraphQL), ESB architecture, middleware tools (e.g. MuleSoft)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools: e.g. Salesforce DX, GitHub, Jenkins
Understanding and implementing security standards: MFA, Single Sign-On, data encryption, data sharing rules
