Make a high volume of outbound cold calls daily to prospective customers
Qualify leads and identify decision-makers
Deliver clear, confident sales pitches over the phone
Overcome objections and handle rejection professionally
Schedule appointments or close sales during initial calls when possible
Maintain accurate call activity and lead notes in the CRM system
Consistently meet or exceed daily call quotas and sales targets
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal communication and listening skills
Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods
Thick skin and the ability to handle rejection
Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
Ability to follow scripts while adapting to conversations naturally
Preferred
Previous cold calling, telemarketing, or call center experience
Confidence, persistence, and a strong work ethic
Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
