Responsibilities
Responsible for inventory field auditing, dealer customer relations, and risk mitigation
Perform physical inspections of individual vehicles on dealer customers' lots
Assist in repossession and collection efforts as needed
Develop strong relationships with current customers, auctions, other financial institutions, and other industry connections
Call dealer customers to collect payments, seek additional loan opportunities, set up appointments, research location of assets, and make other calls as required
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to drive for long periods of time
Maintain a clean driving record
Preferred
Experience in the automotive finance industry
Experience in consumer/commercial lending industry
