Responsibilities
Assist with ideation, development, and execution of social media strategies that align with the firm's overall marketing goals
Create original content that engages with our core audiences on various social media outlets and channels
Analyze and interpret social media metrics such as engagement rates, reach, and impressions, and use this information to improve social media strategies
Monitor and respond to social media interactions and other in-bound leads or inquiries in a timely fashion
Update and maintain customer and leads database in CRM
Occasionally assist with other marketing and promotional activities: such as customer outreach, network marketing, event planning, email marketing, paid online advertisements, partnership outreach, and CRM maintenance
Research and evaluate marketing opportunities
Qualification
Required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with social media management and content creation
Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing or intending to pursue the following degrees/majors: Marketing, Communications, Public Relations
