This role will drive standardization, digitization, and automation of compliance processes while partnering with various teams to deliver compliance transformation programs and manage risk.

Responsibilities
Lead and deliver Quality & Regulatory Assurance and compliance transformation initiatives
Standardize ways of working across cross-functional teams and tools
Partner with product, engineering, IT, and quality stakeholders to plan and execute work
Manage roadmaps, backlogs, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines
Ensure deliverables meet regulatory, quality, and internal control requirements
Maintain transparency through dashboards, reporting, and documentation
Qualification
Required
Strong project management experience in regulated industries (pharma/biotech/healthcare)
Hands-on experience with Quality, Regulatory, GxP, validation, and audit readiness initiatives
Proven ability to define and implement control frameworks and delivery governance
Agile and hybrid delivery experience; strong Jira proficiency
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills
Strong risk management and regulatory interpretation capability
