Responsibilities

Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of end-to-end ServiceNow solutions with primary focus on GRC and SecOps, while ensuring alignment with enterprise security, risk, and compliance objectives

Define architectural standards, reference models, and long-term roadmaps for ServiceNow security-focused implementations

Partner with business leaders, security teams, project managers, and technical stakeholders to translate regulatory, risk, and security requirements into scalable ServiceNow architectures

Provide strategic guidance on platform capabilities, trade-offs, and future enhancements

Oversee configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules, ensuring adherence to best practices, upgrade-safe designs, and platform scalability

Govern custom development to maintain platform integrity and long-term maintainability

Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems including LDAP, Active Directory, SAP, and custom or third-party APIs

Ensure secure, reliable data exchange and system interoperability across the enterprise ecosystem

Provide architectural direction and hands-on guidance to development and implementation teams

Establish and enforce development standards, design patterns, and quality controls across ServiceNow engagements

Continuously assess and optimize ServiceNow environments for performance, usability, and cost efficiency

Review data models, workflows, and integrations to ensure scalable and resilient platform design

Define and implement governance frameworks to ensure data integrity, access control, security posture, and regulatory compliance

Ensure alignment with organizational security policies and industry standards

Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, providing architectural recommendations on ServiceNow GRC, SecOps, and process automation

Support client decision-making with clear, actionable technical guidance

Develop and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation including solution designs, system workflows, and implementation guidelines

Lead ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and enhancement initiatives, ensuring minimal operational disruption

Align platform evolution with new ServiceNow releases, features, and best practices
