Responsibilities
Plan, scope, and schedule maintenance work, PMs, and facility shutdowns
Estimate labor and material requirements (internal & external)
Develop job plans, task instructions, material lists, and standard PMs
Create purchase requisitions and manage work orders in CMMS/EAM
Coordinate with Operations, Packaging, Maintenance, and Engineering
Identify work requiring engineering review and support execution planning
Maintain GMP, OSHA, and company safety compliance
Manage maintenance backlog and continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain records, BOMs, invoices, and CMMS data
Support budgeting, cost tracking, and trend analysis
Maintain job plans, Gantt charts, critical path and resource leveling tools
Support storeroom operations, inventory control, and audits
Assist technicians with parts sourcing and ordering
Operate forklift as required
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
5+ years of Maintenance Planner experience
Mechanical and/or electrical background required
Strong knowledge of maintenance processes, CMMS/EAM, and scheduling
Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and process diagrams
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Excel, MS Project, and Microsoft Office
