The role involves managing the end-to-end operational management of key client accounts and ensuring exceptional customer service for international and domestic shipments.

Responsibilities
Manage full A–Z freight forwarding operations for assigned key accounts (import and export)
Coordinate air, ocean (FCL/LCL), and domestic freight shipments from booking to final delivery
Serve as the primary operational point of contact for key customers
Prepare, review, and manage all shipping documentation including BLs, AWBs, commercial invoices, packing lists, ISF, AES, and customs-related documents
Ensure compliance with all U.S. and international trade regulations
Track shipments, provide proactive status updates, and resolve operational issues or delays
Liaise with carriers, truckers, warehouses, customs brokers, and overseas agents
Monitor shipment costs, review invoices, and support margin control
Handle exceptions, claims, and service recovery when required
Support onboarding of new customers and assist with SOP development
Maintain accurate records in the TMS/forwarding system
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3–5 years of freight forwarding operational experience
Proven A–Z operational knowledge in freight forwarding
Strong experience in air and ocean freight (import & export); domestic freight experience a plus
Solid understanding of Incoterms, customs processes, and trade compliance
Experience managing key or strategic customer accounts
