Senior Director Business Development
Freyr Solutions is a fast-growing company specializing in regulatory solutions for the Life Sciences industry. They are seeking a Senior Leadership professional to drive new business opportunities and manage client relationships within the life sciences sector.
Responsibilities
Develop and close new business opportunities, specifically in outsourcing/managed services
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with a proactive approach to lead generation
Manage client relationships from initial contact through contract execution
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning Freyr’s services with their needs
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to guide the sales process
Lead Go-to-Market strategies and manage client-focused initiatives
Work closely with sales, pre-sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth
Qualification
Required
At least 10 years of experience in business development or sales within the life sciences industry
Proven track record in closing deals, managing sales pipelines, and meeting revenue targets
Expertise in selling large-scale outsourcing or managed services
Strong ability to manage multiple high-profile accounts and maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
