Develop engagement strategies, objectives, scope, and pricing

Lead, mentor, and support your team

Continue developing your industry expertise while helping raise the firm’s profile
Guide and mentor high-performing professionals toward partnership
Qualification
Required
10+ years of recent public accounting experience
CPA designation required
Strong knowledge of tax and accounting services
Experience reviewing and supervising complex tax compliance
Proven success in developing and maintaining profitable client relationships
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong business acumen and technical expertise
Demonstrated ability to generate new business and expand client relationships
