Responsibilities

Own and execute the strategic plan aligned with the PE sponsor’s investment thesis

Serve as the primary interface with the Board and Operating Partners

Establish a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational discipline

Lead all manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and operations functions

Implement lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and cost-reduction initiatives

Drive plant-level KPIs related to throughput, yield, scrap, on-time delivery, and safety

Partner with commercial leadership to drive organic growth through pricing, product mix, and customer expansion

Evaluate opportunities for new products, end markets, and capacity expansion

Ensure alignment between sales, operations, and supply chain planning

Partner with the PE sponsor on acquisition strategy, diligence, and integration

Lead post-acquisition integration of manufacturing operations, systems, and leadership teams

Identify and capture synergies across procurement, operations, and SG&A

Maintain accountability for revenue growth, EBITDA expansion, working capital, and cash flow

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditure planning

Deliver clear, data-driven performance updates to the Board

Build and retain a strong executive and plant leadership team

Establish succession planning and leadership development programs

Align incentives and performance management with value-creation goals
