Lead van trips/excursions for older adults or people with disabilities
Teach classes on site at Community Centers or satellite facilities and/or virtually using an online platform
Help facilitate virtual programs using an online platform
Create a welcoming and friendly environment
Know about the activities in your assigned area
Talk and listen well with different kinds of people
Spot and handle safety and emergency situations
Solve problems and help with customer concerns
