Responsibilities

Oversee, draft and advise on commercial power contracts including complex offtake, power purchase agreements and hedging transactions
Collaborate with the origination, trading, engineering and AM teams to understand the operation of renewable systems for advising on applicable agreements
Advise on trading activities and draft associated agreements
Manage outside counsel where relevant

Attorney experiencePPA agreementsOfftake agreementsJD qualifiedRenewable projects experienceLaw firm experience

Required

5 years + attorney experience supporting a trading or origination function
JD qualified

Preferred

Law firm experience preferred
2 year + experience with renewable projects
