Responsibilities
Perform hands-on maintenance and repair of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems
Conduct preventative maintenance on air handling units, chillers, cooling towers, and pumps to ensure efficient operation
Troubleshoot and adjust building automation systems (DDC/pneumatic controls) for optimal performance and tenant comfort
Support daily operations by responding promptly to service requests and maintaining accurate logs of inspections and repairs
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience in commercial office buildings, with working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
High school diploma or GED required
Demonstrated ability to perform repairs such as replacing motors, bearings, valves, and electrical components safely and effectively
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with tenants and property management teams
Preferred
Technical training or certifications (EPA Universal, HVAC, electrical) strongly preferred
