Golang Developer
Global Technical Talent is a minority-owned staffing firm and a subsidiary of Chenega Corporation. They are seeking a highly motivated Golang Developer to join a dynamic engineering team responsible for system design and architecture, developing high-quality APIs, and delivering scalable services in a multi-region cloud environment.

Responsibilities
Design and develop REST and gRPC APIs and web services
Build reusable frameworks and components to support global delivery
Maintain REST API documentation using Swagger/OpenAPI
Create and maintain Proto files for gRPC services
Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and root-cause analysis
Conduct code reviews and improve existing codebases
Ensure API-layer security, monitoring, analytics, and throttling
Work on AWS cloud infrastructure, including EKS
Document development work and perform testing/validation before release
Collaborate with leads and team members to meet milestones and deliverables
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and suppliers
Qualification
Required
Golang: Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience (5-8 years overall development experience preferred)
Experience developing gRPC and REST APIs
Cloud experience with AWS (1-2 years minimum); exposure to GCP or Azure acceptable
Strong understanding of clean architecture and API design principles
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization
Preferred
Experience with EKS or Kubernetes-based platforms
Background in Automotive multimedia systems
Experience implementing and validating platform technical specifications
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
