Staffing Manager
Confidential is a national workforce solutions leader specializing in behavioral health, social services, and K-12 education. They are seeking a Staffing Manager to navigate account management, business development, and high-volume recruitment, ensuring that every client feels prioritized and every shift is covered.
Responsibilities
Business Development: You’ll be the face of our organization, identifying and securing new partnerships with hospitals, school districts, and non-profits
Recruitment Strategy: Beyond just posting ads, you will architect a sourcing strategy to find highly specialized professionals (from RNs and BCBAs to Special Education Teachers) who are ready to make a difference
Account Ownership: You will manage the daily operations of your accounts, ensuring that every shift is covered and every client feels prioritized
Productive Leadership: You lead by example. You’ll manage a desk and a team, producing results while mentoring others to do the same
Qualification
Required
Proven track record in staffing sales or new business development
Ability to manage schedules, credentials, and client expectations with military precision
Understanding that in this industry, trust is the only currency that matters
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift
