Support onboarding, training sessions, and product walkthroughs
Collaborate on marketing ideas, messaging, and campaigns
Share feedback from customers to help improve the product and positioning
Help the team meet growth and engagement goals
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in sales, partnerships, or customer-facing roles
A customer-first mindset with a focus on long-term relationships
Comfort working remotely and taking initiative without heavy supervision
Ability to explain products clearly and run simple training or onboarding sessions
Interest in LinkedIn, content, or personal branding (hands-on experience is a plus)
Background in sales, marketing, business, or related fields is helpful but not mandatory
