Product Manager
SoTalent is looking for a strategic, customer-obsessed Product Manager to lead the evolution of CRM capabilities that power modern sales and marketing experiences. This role involves defining the vision for CRM solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of impactful customer experiences.

Responsibilities
Define and continuously refine the vision for CRM capabilities that support demand generation, lead lifecycle management, and purchase conversion
Align platform priorities with customer journey objectives and measurable business outcomes
Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and evolving customer expectations to guide roadmap decisions
Establish persona-driven CRM solutions that improve usability, adoption, and effectiveness for sales and marketing teams
Partner closely with journey and experience leaders to ensure CRM functionality supports end-to-end customer workflows
Collaborate with experience architects and designers to translate journey concepts into practical system capabilities
Ensure consistency and continuity across digital and human channels throughout the pre-purchase and purchase phases
Lead product development from discovery through launch, managing backlogs, priorities, and release planning
Translate strategic goals into clear features, epics, and user stories in collaboration with technical teams
Oversee integrations with adjacent platforms such as marketing automation, pricing, quoting, and commerce tools
Measure success using metrics tied to pipeline health, conversion efficiency, sales velocity, and campaign performance
Define a CRM data strategy that enables a unified customer view and supports advanced analytics
Ensure strong data quality, governance, and reporting foundations
Leverage platform capabilities to drive automation, insight generation, and informed decision-making, including AI-enabled use cases
Partner with training and enablement teams to drive effective rollout and sustained usage
Communicate roadmap progress, outcomes, and value to stakeholders and leadership
Encourage continuous improvement through feedback, experimentation, and iteration
Qualification
Required
A track record of owning and scaling CRM or commercial technology platforms in a sales and marketing context
Strong product management fundamentals, including roadmap ownership, backlog prioritization, and agile delivery
Experience working with enterprise CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar) and integrated commercial ecosystems
Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable, user-centered solutions
Comfort working across cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, digital, design, and engineering
A data-driven mindset with experience using KPIs to guide decisions and demonstrate impact
