Responsibilities
Looking for: A strong IT Communications person ideally who has supported an AWS Migration in a hospital setting
The person would handle all communications for the AWS migration project, including team, stakeholder, health system and even partner/external comms – about 100 internal people and 100 external
Will work closely with a Program Director who is running the AWS Program, a technical PM and also a project coordinator
They will be in the throws of the project with the IT team, and will look to ensure all communications are centrally documented
This person will be in IT meetings and must be able to summarize notes and develop communications to the broader teams
Need someone who can develop and execute a comms strategy into place to ensure all of these groups get the needed information quickly and easily
Qualification
Required
Strong IT Communications experience
Experience supporting an AWS Migration in a hospital setting
Ability to handle all communications for the AWS migration project
Experience communicating with team, stakeholders, health system, and external partners
Ability to document all communications centrally
Experience summarizing notes from IT meetings
Ability to develop communications for broader teams
Ability to develop and execute a communications strategy
