Responsibilities
Lead development of the Project Execution Plan and Project Controls Plan
Develop and maintain cost, schedule, cash flow, and variance reports
Integrate cost control and scheduling into a single project controls function
Perform quality control reviews of all project controls deliverables
Manage project change control processes
Coordinate and support Phase Gate Reviews within a 6-phase project lifecycle
Define project controls resource requirements and coordinate deliverables
Collaborate effectively within a matrix organization
Provide feedback to improve project controls tools, systems, and processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
7–10 years of project controls experience
Experience supporting engineering and construction capital projects
Strong knowledge of cost control and project scheduling best practices
Proficient in Microsoft Project / Project Server and Microsoft Office
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Preferred
Preferred experience with pipeline and plant facility projects
