Responsibilities
Install, configure, maintain, and support IT hardware and software across the organization
Monitor system and network performance; proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure high availability
Administer user accounts, access permissions, and security settings in alignment with company policies
Ensure compliance with security standards, access controls, and software licensing requirements
Manage and maintain backup systems and disaster recovery plans
Configure and support network infrastructure including switches, firewalls, and related networking equipment
Provide hands-on technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network-related issues
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with internal stakeholders
Create and maintain accurate documentation for system configurations, network diagrams, and IT procedures
Qualification
Required
IT Administration or Systems/Network Administration experience
Strong knowledge of Microsoft platforms and Azure tools
Experience working in hybrid IT environments
