Senior Client Success Consultant & Solution Lead (Salesforce Focus)

Responsibilities
Proactive Consulting: Partner with clients to understand their business model and challenges more intimately than they do, consistently looking beyond the immediate project scope
Identify Opportunities: Proactively identify and propose opportunities for clients to optimize and adjust their Salesforce instance, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and maximizing their return on investment (ROI)
Advocate for Change: Act as an agent of change, using your business acumen to influence client strategy and drive the adoption of new, digitally transformative solutions
Value Translation: Listen keenly to client aspirations and turn vague thoughts into clear, strategic, and actionable solutions that generate revenue for the company
Requirements Facilitation: Play a central role on sold projects by facilitating high-impact client workshops to meticulously drive out and document key business and system requirements
Business Transformation: Ensure documented requirements go beyond simple configuration or development needs, focusing instead on broader business processes and true digital transformation
Proposal Development: Translate complex requirements and solution designs into compelling process, value-driven presentations, and formal proposals
Project Management: Serve as the primary Project Manager, acting as the key client conduit and single point of accountability for project success
Team Leadership: Drive the internal project team and client stakeholders to meet defined scope, adhere to the project schedule, and stay within budget
Risk & Scope Management: Proactively manage project scope, risks, and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle
Qualification
Required
Deep Salesforce Expertise: Proven, in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce core offerings, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, as well as familiarity with emerging products like Agentforce and Data Cloud
Consulting Acumen: Exceptional ability to actively listen, synthesize complex information, and translate high-level business goals into tangible, high-ROI projects
Process & Business Analysis: Superior skills in facilitating requirements workshops, documentation, and designing solutions around optimized business processes
Presentation & Proposal Skills: Demonstrated success in creating and delivering polished, value-focused presentations and professional proposals
Project Management: Proven experience in managing technology implementation projects, including proficiency in managing scope, budget, timeline, and client communication
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives, technical teams, and end-users
