Responsibilities
Assist in accounts payable processing and coding invoices
Support weekly check runs and filing of invoices
Assist in the accounts receivable process as needed
Prepare journal entries and AR reconciliations
Apply invoices to receivables efficiently
Handle billing tasks and maintain accurate records
Utilize strong Excel skills for multitasking and pivoting
Juggle multiple tasks in a high-volume environment
Qualification
Required
Strong skills in Excel and multitasking
Experience in accounts payable and receivable processes
Ability to handle high-volume work efficiently
Preferred
Experience with journal entry preparation
Familiarity with AR reconciliations
