NorthWestern Energy is seeking an Intern Gas Transmission & Storage Engineer to support gas transmission system activities. The intern will work on capital and expense projects, contribute to improving workflows, and assist with day-to-day project work within the GTS team.

Responsibilities

Participate in organizational work meetings
Assist with capital and expense projects tied to all aspects of the gas transmission system
Support day-to-day project work within the GTS team
Help evaluate current efficiencies and workflows
Participate in developing and implementing process improvements
Travel up to 20% of the time is required
Ensure all actions are consistent with NorthWestern Energy's values, mission, and strategic business objectives

Qualification

Engineering majorEnergy Industry Fundamental 2.0 certificationSafety recordInterpersonal communication skills

Required

Demonstrate and maintain a good safety record
Valid drivers license and satisfactory driving record
Must possess strong interpersonal communication skills
Engineering major required (Mechanical or Civil is preferred)
Has successfully completed Sophomore year or above
Must be in good academic standing
Must Provide GPA in Resume upon application
Travel up to 20% of the time is required
