Responsibilities
Assist with all phases of litigation, including case strategy, pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation
Draft legal documents such as motions, pleadings, discovery requests, and responses
Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda and case summaries
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials as appropriate
Maintain accurate case files and meet all court deadlines
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in Texas or eligible to sit for the bar exam
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
Preferred
Prior litigation experience is a plus but not required
