Qualification
Required
Strong combination of interpersonal and organizational skills
Excellent organizational abilities for planning and managing logistics for external recruitment events
Ability to multitask to ensure all aspects of events run smoothly
Strong public speaking skills to effectively communicate with potential members
Cold calling experience to generate interest and establish connections
Background in sales to understand member needs and present tailored solutions
Outgoing and personable demeanor to build lasting relationships in the community
Proficiency in event planning and member service
