Responsibilities
Provide hands-on support for the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and Learning Management System (LMS)
Address and resolve daily user requests and system-related issues through phone and email communication
Conduct research to troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently
Perform scheduled activities, including mass updates, to ensure system accuracy and functionality
Engage in a collaborative team environment to support the overall HR systems strategy
Qualification
Required
Experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or HRIS support roles
Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, and LMS systems
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with internal users
Ability to work onsite in Louisville, KY
